Shipping

If BagandCanvas receives an order before 3:00pm PST, then it will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.

Peak shipping periods, around US public holidays or similar events, may cause a delay in order processing of up to 2 days. If this occurs we contact you by phone or email.

We endeavor to provide truck shipments as soon as possible, but roads, conditions, and locations can mean delays; so clients who rely on truck shipments should allow an extra day for transit. BagandCanvas is not responsible for lost or delayed orders. Freight charges include handling charges.

Special shipping arrangements are available by request. If you have an upcoming event and you require an order to shipped ASAP, please call us and we will happily assist you in making special shipping arrangements.

 

Pick Up Order

Pick Up Orders are available for pick up at our Distribution Centers between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m PST, Monday to Friday.

Orders that have not been picked up within 72 hours of delivery will subject to a restocking charge of 15% or $20.00, whichever is greater and will be considered as canceled.
